Austin, Texas, is home to a wide range of incredible fireworks displays every year. This year, COVID-19 has led to the cancellation of some events, while others have yet to be officially confirmed. To help you plan your festive day in advance, we’ll break down some of the best places to watch 4th of July fireworks in Austin this summer.

RED, WHITE, AND WILLIE NELSON BLVD.

With the help of updated guidelines amidst COVID-19, this exciting event is here to make this 4th of July a special one. Taking place at ACL Live, 3TEN & W. Austin, this live event features food, drinks, and five stages of live music, with musicians such as Jackie Venson, Los Coast, Ida Red, and more set to perform.

Worried about social distancing? Luckily, so is the event. During the festivities, wearing masks and social distancing in venues are requirements. There will also be a limited guest capacity, and organizers have put thorough sanitation procedures into place. From temperature checks to sanitation stations, Red, White, and Willie Nelson Blvd. is pulling out all the stops to give you a great time while keeping you safe and secure along the way.

This beloved event offers great barbecue, live music, and carnival activities for you and your friends to indulge in. Unfortunately, this event has not been officially announced this year, so if you’d like to attend this annual event, keep an eye out for updates.

As mentioned before, COVID-19 has put some of the city’s famous annual events in limbo or outright cancellation. Thankfully, this event isn’t officially in the cancellation bin just yet.
